What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Music media such as vinyl, CDs, and signed collectibles are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, an automated email containing a tracking link will be sent to the address provided at checkout.

Are the signed items authentic?

All autographed items sold through the official Serj Tankian store are 100% authentic and personally signed by Serj Tankian himself.
